Latin American SMEs need to scale but can't keep hiring. We believed that AI, applied correctly, could automate the repetitive tasks that slow growth (at a fraction of the cost) and that a team with real expertise in both technology and business could deliver concrete results from day one.
The key was the approach: not selling generic tools, but building agents trained on each client's actual processes and rules. Solutions their team can adopt without friction.
We targeted SMEs that are growing but collapsing under manual processes: invoicing, reporting, customer service, lead qualification. The problem is quantifiable: an employee for repetitive tasks costs $1,200/month; a custom AI agent costs $120/month doing the same work 24/7.
The business model is service-based: free discovery → working demo in 30 days → implementation in 2–8 weeks with support included. Fixed project fee plus a recurring support subscription.
A second key service is AI-powered landing pages for entrepreneurs and independent professionals: the visitor arrives and gets something of real value (a tool, an automatic analysis, a guided consultation) while the business owner keeps the contact. An intelligent lead magnet that works 24/7 at no extra acquisition cost.
The first three clients validated the model with concrete results:

Infrastructure runs on a VPS Contabo, giving us full control over production environments and a cost-to-performance ratio that managed cloud can't match in an SME price range.
Automation flows are built in N8N when the logic is visual and the client wants direct visibility into the process; we use LangChain when the agent needs to reason, chain tools, or manage long context. The language model is the Claude API by Anthropic: the right balance of reasoning capability and production cost. The database is MySQL.
For voice agents, ElevenLabs handles synthesis. Chatbot interfaces are built on Chatwoot. External integrations (Gmail, Sheets, Drive, HubSpot, WhatsApp) are wired via Make, Zapier or direct API connections. Frontends are built with Astro or Next.js depending on the project, optimized for speed and conversion.
