I use Claude (by Anthropic) as the main assistant in my workshops. We pick the level based on the group's prior experience.

Level 1

First steps with Claude

No Claude Pro required

For those just starting out. They learn to use the free version of Claude for everyday tasks: writing, summarizing, organizing ideas and losing the fear of AI.

Level 2

Claude for advanced workflows

Requires Claude Pro

For teams already using AI who want to go further: long documents, projects, extended context and integrations that speed up real work.
